how much does shipping cost?

for domestic and international shipping, cost is calculated automatically at the checkout. please pick the option that works best for you. most of our orders are shipped within 3 business days of purchase from our St. John’s, NL location, pending availability and credit verification.

however, if you are located in the st. john's, NL or grand falls-windsor, NL areas, please select pick up at checkout to allow for free pick up. you will receive an automated email re. pick up times upon placing your order. pick up times are during any of our open shop hours.

free shipping will be automatically generated if your order is $150 or more.

what if I need to change or cancel my order?

once an order is placed, we’re unable to make any changes. you can request to cancel your order so you can place a new order with the changes you need.

once an order ships we’re unable to cancel it. if you do need us to cancel an order, please reach out to customerservice@theshopsalt.com right away and be sure to include your order number in your request. we’ll do our best to catch it before it goes out!

please make sure your shipping address is correct. orders with invalid addresses may be returned to us and may delay delivery. if you entered the incorrect delivery address, please contact customerservice@theshopsalt.com as soon as possible.

after an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
