shipping is calculated at the checkout from canada post. most of our orders are shipped within 3 business days of purchase from our St. John’s, NL location, pending availability and credit verification.
however, if you are located in the st. john's, NL area, please use code STJOHNS at checkout to allow for free pick up. you will receive an automated email re. pick up times upon placing your order. pick up times are during any of our open shop hours: thursday and friday between 10:00 am and 6:00 pm and saturday from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
free shipping will be automatically generated if your order is $150 or more.
what if I need to change or cancel my order?
once an order is placed, we’re unable to make any changes. you can request to cancel your order so you can place a new order with the changes you need.
once an order ships we’re unable to cancel it. if you do need us to cancel an order, please reach out to email@example.com right away and be sure to include your order number in your request. we’ll do our best to catch it before it goes out!
please make sure your shipping address is correct. orders with invalid addresses may be returned to us and may delay delivery. if you entered the incorrect delivery address, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible.
