due to the recent uncertainty regarding covid-19, our shop location is closed and we have modified our online processes for the foreseeable future.

if you would like to return an online order, please follow the steps outlined below.

please note, exchanges are not available for online orders. if you need a different size or colour, place a new online order for the desired item.

RETURNS

Within 14 days of the shipping date, you can receive a refund to the original method of payment. 

EXCHANGES 

We are not able to offer exchanges online. If you need a new size or colour, place a new order online.

return details

for all returns:

  • items must not be washed, worn or damaged.
  • all original tags must be attached
  • you must present a valid receipt - digital receipt or online order confirmation and number are applicable.

    to generate your return label, click here

    place the items you wish to return back into the mailing envelope in which they were received. tape your label onto the envelope and drop off at your nearest Canada Post location. once we receive your return, we will refund your purchase. please note, a return postage fee of $8.00 will be deducted from your refund.
