Within 14 days of the shipping date, you can receive a refund to the original method of payment.
EXCHANGE & CREDIT
In shop only — you can exchange within 30 days of the shipping date.
After 30 days, we will no longer accept returns or exchanges.
We are not able to offer exchanges online. If you need a new size or colour, you may exchange in shop, or place a new order online.
for purchases made in shop, you can return or exchange your purchases in shop only.
regular priced merchandise
Within 10 days of purchase, you can return your item and receive a refund to the original method of payment..
EXCHANGE & CREDIT
Within 21 days of purchase, you can exchange your item.
After 21 days, we will no longer accept returns or exchanges.
all sale and discounted items bought in store are final sale.
for all returns or exchanges:
- items must not be washed, worn or damaged.
- all original tags must be attached
- you must present a valid receipt - digital receipt or online order confirmation and number are applicable.
the following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
- jewelry, pins, and stickers
to generate your return label, click here.
place the items you wish to return back into the mailing envelope in which they were received. tape your label onto the envelope and drop off at your nearest Canada Post location. once we receive your return, we will refund your purchase. please note, a return postage fee of $8.00 will be deducted from your refund.

should you prefer to return your online purchases to the shop, come visit us! Your shipping confirmation and e-receipt email is your official receipt. simply screenshot or pull up on your phone and we’ll take it from there.
IN STORES PURCHASES
simply bring your items and your e-receipt and we’ll take care of it. if you do not have an e-receipt available, we require you to bring the card used to make your purchase for us to find your order in our system,
