RETURNS

Within 14 days of the shipping date, you can receive a refund to the original method of payment. 

EXCHANGE & CREDIT

In shop only — you can exchange within 30 days of the shipping date.

After 30 days, we will no longer accept returns or exchanges.

We are not able to offer exchanges online. If you need a new size or colour, you may exchange in shop, or place a new order online.

all sale and discounted items bought in store are final sale.

  • items must not be washed, worn or damaged.
  • all original tags must be attached
  • you must present a valid receipt - digital receipt or online order confirmation and number are applicable.

the following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • bodysuits
  • swimwear
  • jewelry, pins, and stickers

how to mail back an online return

we are working on making this an easy streamlined process for all of our online customers. while this is under construction, please email us at theshopsalt@gmail.com if you need to return your online order. a return postage fee of $8.00 (plus applicable taxes) will be deducted from your refund.

ONLINE PURCHASES

should you prefer to return your online purchases to the shop, come visit us! Your shipping confirmation and e-receipt email is your official receipt. simply screenshot or pull up on your phone and we’ll take it from there. 

IN STORES PURCHASES

simply bring your items and your e-receipt  and we’ll take care of it.
